My husband and I bought an older home this summer that was used as a rental property and needed a lot of fixing up around the edges. John spent two days in our house and got through all the items on my to-do list, like installing new lights, removing a random old railing that was cemented into our front yard, fixing our loose porch railing, patching and painting holes in walls and around heating pipes, straightening out our baseboard heat covers, fixing a leaky sink and loose door handles, and more! I could not be more thrilled with his work. He did an awesome job, had great suggestions, and tells it like it is. I would highly recommend him, and I keep thinking of new things I'd love to get him to help with in the future!

I got a guy has done several projects for us , replacing Windows , major deck repairs and completely refurbishing Two bathrooms which resulted in beautiful modern bathrooms. In all projects ,he was able to demonstrate his competence as a carpenter, electrician , and Plummer and do so with a positive ,no difficulty is going to stop the job getting done attitude. The work has always been done to a very high standard. We already have two new projects scheduled for 2016.
