Americas Choice Contractors

Worthless refund check --I accepted a quote from Chuck Rhoden with America's Choice Contractors to put siding on a detached garage. I wrote him a check for him to buy materials. He came back to tell me what he was going to do was put horizontal siding on vertically, but didn't think I would like it so, he wanted to show me real vertical siding and let me know it was a few hundred more. I would have been very upset if he had put the horizontal on vertically. I thought about it overnight and came to the conclusion it was not the right time for this. I had a bad feeling about it. I called him and asked that we cancel for now. He wrote me a check back for my down payment. It BOUNCED, and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY OF MY MONEY. He has lied continuously about paying me day after day, week after week. If he had made the check good and paid my money back, he could have had plenty of business from me.

We needed a new living room wood floor, bathroom remodel and outdoor pavers with firepit and benches. This remodel could not of gone smoother. There group always showed up on time and they did the most beautiful work. They even did some little extra things that were not included in the contract. We are enjoying our new look and love America's Choice Contractors!

Overall great experience. We had all of our floors redone and a frameless shower installed. Chuck and Jenny are true to their words and go above and beyond to ensure their customer's needs and wants are met. Rick and his crew installed a frameless shower and did an outstanding job. We are extremely satisfied finished products. Chuck, Jenny, Rick and his crew are all honest, polite, hardworking and dedicated to their customers. I would definitely recommend using Americas Choice Contractors and we look forward to working with them again in the future.
