J Harris Pools

I wish I had done my homework, unlicensed unbonded crook in my opinion. He cut my new pool liner too short which caused a major leak that he tried to say was normal. But after months of repeated calls he finally sent someone out to patch out brand new liner. The concrete that they poured around our pool is crumbling up and cracking all the pieces. He left us no information on how to care for the salt system or maintain the pool at all and when the chlorinator started having problems he would not return our calls. Turned out or chlorinator was bad. So now we have a salt pool that we have to chlorinate. We ended up paying him over $40,000. He left our filter unwired and didn't fill it up with water which we had to end up paying extra for plus the wiring expense. My advice is to avoid Jody Harris.
