I make an appointment for 4:00pm I get a call at 4:15 wanting to check to see if it's possible to reschedule,something about running late, but he tells me that he is trying to take care of it and will call back in fifteen - twenty minutes well an hour goes by and no call. I call back the number I get and it goes straight to voicemail. My spouse and I took off part of our work day to be here for our appointment. I'm berry unsatisfied with the lack of professionalism in not following up with the time frame he gave me.

After a few calls to some local businesses I was recommended to porch.com from lowes. I called the number and Brad was incredibly helpful and professional. After getting the run around from several other places it was refreshing to speak with someone who was professional and helpful. He came to my house on my schedule and was straightforward. I can't tell you how his work speaks volumes and I would eagerly recommend to any of my friends and family. I will be using his services again.

I would defiantly recommend M2K Plumbing to my friends. Brad is professional, punctual, need, well organized and just friendly person. It was pleasure to deal with this person.
