1st one was to turn a workroom in a barn into an apartment. Very detailed bid. Very good suggestions on solving several challenges. Handled project creep very well (we kept adding projects to the initial engagement). 2nd project-- update/ spruce up for home sale. Concrete, paint, doors, flooring. Excellent bid details and they stuck to it, even though they could have charged more in my opinion. They did $10,000 worth of work and we got $30,000 more for the house than the real estate salesman said we should. They're starting a third (much larger project for me tomorrow).
