I want to thank Marc for installing my new screen door. You did a great job!!! My only drawback is the weather has not been beautiful enough to have the door open. Marc was quick to get me scheduled and arrived on time. He worked to get the job done in the timeframe quoted. The door looks great!! Timing for needing a plumber is never ideal. And so it goes, the night before my husband and I were leaving to go out of town, we noticed our hot water tank not only leaking, but no hot water produced. Our parents were going to be staying at our house over our absence, so we needed it fixed, but we also didn't have any time for it with a flight in the morning. We called Propheter Home Services, and explained the issue, and Menards to get a tank delivered to our driveway. Marc came over promptly the next day, hauled the new one down to the basement, replaced the water tank and then hauled the old one out to the curb for garbage day. He even cleaned up the water in the basement, and honestly left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Propheter Home Services delivered reliable, worry-free, reasonably priced, and excellent service, and we won't hesitate calling them again.
