Beware using this contractor for anything. We had a big remodel job we hired Shawn for. Immediately after he cashed out deposit check he began ghosting us as described in previous review. In 35 days he managed to show up on 3 occasions. Always late in the day or afternoon for a total of a day and a half of work. I had to fire him and hire a new contractor. To make matters worse, he stole the balance of our deposit ($11,000) after he agreed he wasn’t entitled to it. Buyer beware.

Very professional and prompt but did a really bad job. When I contacted them to advise of issue he responded on day one but then stopped all communication and 2 months later still have not made an attempt to correct the issue.
