It be labeled Paige / Project *** Paige, it's taken me some time to respond to your review because I was very upset that something could have been falsely said considering the ONLY part incomplete was grout. A complete demo of existing fire place tile, re structure of wall.@ inset to ensure that the fiber board as well as the heavy slate tile that you all had chosen. .. When I explained that I had a.family emergency , I was greeted with a threat to sue me and that you'd be contacting your attorney. I talked you all.down to calmn again and I was the bigger.person by rescheduling grout. Second attempt to intall.grout, your child had covid and it was NOT relayed to me until the day I waS to be there. So again delayed and thw drive.for.me is Georgetown my location to Denver, your location. The third attempt to install I had the issue. When I explained that I had a.family emergency , I was greeted with a threat to sue me and that you'd be contacting your attorney. Now .i was starting to get very upset. Especially since.my family emergency was the death of.my brother and father in a vehicle .accident. the threats kept rolling in , and i rivalry made.a.decision to not allow myself to be bullied into completing a job that more then not complete and absolutely beautiful. Now , I ve stated over and over that I would be more.then happy to.come.Grout but i would go, but that I would not be Associated with anyone in the "game". Mind you this project was given an extreme discount once already makong the estimate TOTAL unde $ 2500 . That included picking up all of the slate tile and fiber board, demo of existing, structure reinforce, installing fiber and slate grout andndeal. I extinguished my price w.y below the notmal.to satisfy you abating you didn't. Instead of receiving an answer II received it in the form of a one star review that was falsely put together and all the time that I've been doing contract work these types of projects I have never had a dissatisfied customer And then to take how you felt on a personal level compact personal level compact debt and increase the falseness through your words to me as just very poor taste in character What I really wish is that they would allow me to post Before & After pictures right here with this review instead of people having to go up in the project sections and view it because that alone clearly shows that what you made statement here it's statement here to be truth as being false My apologies if that's how you get things that you need done from other contractors but that's not how things get done with me threatening someone is not assisting and getting what you want in but you want in my opinion Anyhow I am so glad that I refrained from responding to your review when you 1st made it because I felt like it's on the professionalism but professionalism and not based on how what you said made me feel
