JOHN PRESTON Construction

John Preston just did a couple jobs for us , he did an excellent job.One job was rebuilding a large screen room . This project only took him a few days and it turned out great. Him and his crew was very professional and worked very hard . We will hire him again !

Hired John Preston in 2017. Purchased our home, got a FHA rehab loan. John quoted us a price of $48.000. This was for a total rehab. Deck, Kitchen, bathrooms, and total basement remodel. We thought we were getting a great Deal... WRONG.. John was a total disappointment. He had a crew when he started. quickly his crew became just John! Its 2018. my work is still not completed. He used our rehab money as if it was his own. John used cheap lumber for our deck. the wood is splitting, has fungus that does not go away. The Master bath is still not completed, Johns tile work is poorly done, I have mildew in the grout, tub no longer works, vanity top is still not complete, trim work has cut outs. Grout in floor tile is cracking. he Never cleans up work site! Work is not professional. John has came back 9 times. John never addresses our concerns. only does what he wants. My master bath is a complete unfinished mess. John has already been paid, our FHA loan sent the rehab money to his bank acct. I do not advise anyone to use his company. It will cost us more to remove his work, and start over. After many unsuccessful attempts to work with john, we are now forced to hire someone else to redo our Master bath. What John quoted us, turned out to be more in Johns pocket. We received very poor craftmanship, cheap material. I would be happy to share pictures. I rate johns work as a Zero.

Responded within 2 hours of posting. Came and gave reasonable quote. Showed up on time and completed project quickly, correctly, and cleaned up. I would use again!

John did an awesome job! He quoted me on a couple projects. He was able to come out almost right away and complete the job. It was done sooner than anticipated and looks great. I will definitely hire John again.
