Overall, we were very pleased with our swimming pool installation and final product. The installation team was kind and efficient - it only took them a few days to dig and install the pool; it was amazing! The concrete team came shortly after and finished the concrete. The office staff was friendly and was quick to answer any questions.

Aqua Pools of Georgetown Mr. Eddie the salesperson made the buying and contracting piece very easy to understand. The install of the pool was great. The problems started after the pool was in the ground. In the contract we had rough lot grading and hauling away dirt. The area closest to the fence line (where they went in the backyard) the ground was smoothed out and dirt moved. They used the bobcat as they explained. After that was done, I noticed they allowed the concrete contractor to start pouring concrete around the pool. My wife asked Martin, the foreman about the ground on the other side of the yard. He stated once they were done with the concrete, they would smooth it out as well. So, we were ok with this knowing it would get done. We assumed it would look the same. The first time they came attempted to smooth it out by shovels and rakes they had a linear area of dirt piled up. They left but said they would be back to fix it. Paul, the guy that educated us on the pool equipment, was like who was in charge of putting your pool in. He didn’t understand why the ground looked so bad. We explained it was a team and Martin was in charge. Paul was appalled about how they left the ground as it was unleveled and had huge mud clumps. He reported we should notify Eddy, because if Eddy knew it would be fixed. There is so much dirt that has to be removed it will be impossible without some kind of bobcat or a team of workers. We did reach out to Martin again and he stated he wanted to bring a bobcat to fix. They wanted to go on the other side of the house, which will cause damage more grass in the front and side of the house. This was the sole reason we choose to use the side entrance, to prevent from tearing up the front yard. I told him we did not want a big machine to tear up more grass. I requested if he had a couple of guys, it could be done. Within the next few days Martin brought over one person with a rake and left. He left within 2 hours and there were instances where the guy just stood looking around not knowing what to do. I do understand that the yard is not going to look like it did before. The issue is before they laid the concrete, they should have cleaned up the other side first. Now we have to hire a contractor to level the yard out and haul away dirt, which was supposed to be included. I still never received a call/ text massage to see if everything was okay. What started off as a good experience turned bad due to poor planning.

The worst consumer transaction in my life. There were problems at every stage which were very difficult to remedy. The final appearance was NOTHING like what we were promised. Horrible customer service by the New Braunfels office.
