Professional Handyman

HandyWorks – Handyman services is a “customer focused” construction remodeling and repair provider that operates in western Tennessee, eastern Arkansas, and northern Mississippi. Our customers are homeowners, landlords, franchise owners, office managers, property managers, investors, real estate professionals, maintenance companies, purchasing officers, construction contractors, and mortgage professionals. HandyWorks employs the most professional office and administration staff, master, apprentice, journeyman-level technicians, and interns. Master-level technicians have more than 15 years’ experience in their particular trade (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and tiling). Apprentice-level technicians and interns have less than five years’ experience and must be supervised by a master or journeyman-level technician. Journeyman-level technicians have a minimum five years’ experience and do not require direct supervision. Service areas are three-fold: “Get-Ready” - remodel and repair service geared towards preparing properties to be leased or sold. Service areas extend from the chimney to the mailbox -- including carpentry, electrical, drywall/plaster, plumbing, interior/exterior painting, window replacement/repair, carpeting, tiling, etc. “Remodel/Repair” - Bathroom/kitchen remodel, fence repair and construction, removing existing walls, constructing new walls, custom shelving, ceiling repairs, carpet stretching, exterior wood repair/replacement, siding repair/replacement, drywall installation/repairs, tile installation, plumbing, electrical, etc., and “Handyman Service” – continuous and periodic handyman services such as, adjusting doors, installing door handles, hanging pictures, gutter clearing, drywall repair, removing debris, etc. Services are typically performed, at property turnover, whereas, 70-percent of our work involves preparing properties for their next purpose, i.e., sale or lease; Upgrades, whereas, 20-percent of our work involves remodeling specific areas of properties, i.e., bathrooms, kitchens, bonus rooms, attic spaces, etc.; and To do list, whereas, 10-percent of our work involves providing continuous or periodic handyman service.
