Jon A***** is a thief! Actually used my ****** account for his own home project, then quit my project, incomplete, and never paid me back. Close to $1,000 stolen. What's more, I had to hire another person to repair the damage he'd done and to complete the project Jon had been paid to do. The project was a kitchen refurbishment. He failed to properly coordinate with the kitchen contractor, telling me the cabinets were complete, and totally removed my entire kitchen. I had no stove, no fridge, no sink, no kitchen counters, no cabinets, no running water. Fine, as long the new cabinets are installed, and all else follows next. However, not one kitchen cabinet had been built. This situation remained for 6 weeks, until I hired other people to begin putting my kitchen back together. He did none of the work, yet wanted money for oversight fees. Further, does shoddy work. The stone wall he built fell down, just after completion. He super glued it back on, rather than using proper contractor materials. Further, he never told me of this incident, as another worker who witnessed it told me. Worse, He also tore up my wood floor below my kitchen island in order to replace a piece of wood floor he'd damaged, and tried to hide the damaged floor. Dangerously, His electrical work is not in code, as he uses flammable material behind outlets, in order to have them appear set correctly in place. Shortcuts, with high charges. Did not use proper materials to install an interior stone wall. Also, receives 20% kickback from subcontractors, unbeknown to the customer. Charged the kitchen cabinet builder %25 of the project cost, even though Jon A***** had already received upfront contractor fees from me. Then, charges exorbitant "oversight" fees. As a result, he double charges you. Your project will cost almost 50% more than with an honest contractor. DO NOT HIRE

Excellent Job! Jon and his team of workers were on time, clean, and did great work. We love our new HD Timberline Shingles, 6" gutters, custom shutters, and the paint job looks amazing...thank you
