| Gregory Way Remodel | Feb 2015 | Those Guys Construction found a house that really needed a new life. It sat up on a hill looking down on the neighborhood. The previous owner really let the house go. They did some remodeling that was done very poorly and incorrect. Gutters falling off, shady electrical work, and 3" of moss on the roof... Those Guys made major repairs to the rafter tails and roof sheathing and then installed a 40 year architectural composition roof. Converted the remodeled garage back to a functional garage. Those Guys made several major interior wall change to make an open concept. It includes an arch opening with columns.. Those Guys remodeled both bathrooms complete with tile floors and shower surrounds. Granite counters with under-mount sinks. Kitchen fully remodeled with new cabinets, appliances, granite counters, and tile flooring. Those Guys added a covered porch with new deck and railing.
