If I could give him zero or negative stars I would. Robert, while a kind and personable man, did a horribly incomplete and ineffective inspection on our new home. He didn’t completely inspect the attic and missed a roof leak , a large amount of mold and a number of wiring issues. Because this was missed during inspection - we had to replace the roof and remediate mold - and hire an electrician to repair the dangerous electrical issues - costs we did not expect to endure..

Robert replaced some carpet and laminate in our upstairs with new laminate. This included a hallway and two bedrooms. It looked great at first and Robert was really easy to communicate with. However, after a short time the hallway flooring started bowing a bit and Robert said he needed to get a custom bull nose for top stair to the hallway. I have contacted Robert over and over again over the last almost 2 years now and he keeps promising to come out or send someone out and never does. I would never recommend his services to anyone if they are looking for a reliable contractor to get a job done.

Robert and his team remodeled a foreclosed home we purchased in Renton, and we couldn't be happier with the results. This home was severely outdated and even came with not one, but 2 drug rooms from the previous owners. The roof also appeared to have never been maintained or replaced. PNW Construction gave us a new roof, knocked down 2 walls to give an open living space, completely demoed and rebuilt us a beautiful new home all within our budget! We started with another contractor duo who laughed at the work we wanted done, within the budget we had and eventually stopped all communication with us , giving us no alternative but to find another Contractor. After filling out our project needs on Porch.com, Robert contacted us within minutes. We told him communication was our number 1 priority, and he made sure to text, email, and/or call almost every day with status updates, questions and pictures of the progress throughout. He is very knowledgeable and helped us make decisions and recommendations for what we didn't know how to decide. On top of all of this, he is sincerely an honest, genuine, decent person full of integrity. We would highly recommend PNW Construction for any Construction needs and will definitely be contacting him again for future projects. We are so very happy we found him!

Robert was exceptional on the 2 jobs he completed, one for my client and one for myself. Both were last minute requests and he managed to fit them into his busy schedule! He has a "get it done right" attitude and his work was completed in a clean and professional manner. It is so wonderful to have a contractor finish their work environment cleaner than when they started! I would highly recommend PNW Construction to future clients and will use his services in the future.
