Jonathan called approximately 1/2 hour before his scheduled time and arrived right on schedule. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me select the right garage door for my application and budget. I was especially impressed when he showed me how the old garage door was bowing in the middle due to age (approximately 20 years old) and how he could fix it and extend the useful life of the door with the addition of a 16 foot strut. This was a good thing because I have just painted the house and if the door failed and I had to replace it, I would also have to have it repainted also. He finished the install in approximately an hour. He took the time to show me how to maintain both the opener mechanism and the ball bearing wheels (all the does and don'ts). Both my wife and I really appreciate how truly quite the new door is in operation. I will definitely recommend Mastercraft to my friends and neighbors.

Fast response and great customer service. From time of call for service and finishing the job at my house was less than or about 1 hour. Company also had a 3% discount for veterans, a little small but it helped.

The metal on my garage was bent and cracked down the middle so badly the door would no longer open. MasterCraft was able to send a representative over for an estimate within 24 hours of calling. They provided me with multiple options for pricing ranging from 1000-1490 for a door similar to mine. I decided to move forward with a new door with paint and windows for the higher price, they also used inserts to match my old door. They were able to replace the door on the following day. the work was performed quickly and the new door works and looks great. They sent another dispatch the following day to paint the door. I requested they give me the remaining paint for touch-up. They left me with a half gallon! I am happy with MasterCraft overall and would recommend them to others.

Professional, punctual, pleasant to work with. Did not do more than needed to be done or try to upsell me. I am very pleased with the garage door tune up and use my wireless keypad often. I will continue to use them for future garage door servicing needs.
