Neumann Overhead Doors

Seth came by and really took his time to explain everything on our garage. He did a safety inspection and explained why certain parts needed to be replaced. Then he encouraged us to get other quotes. I was shocked that he wasn't pushy to get the job. I did call around and found Seth did come in under anyone else's estimates, and his parts where of high quality with warranties. I gave Seth the ok to go ahead with the project. He was very quick and cleaned up after he was done. I will be calling Neumann Overhead Doors in the future and telling my family and friends about them. Just when you think customer service is dead in the world someone like Seth comes along and just blows your mind. Still in shock at how this company puts the customer first!

After watching some YouTube videos I thought for sure being a mechanic that I could repair my springs myself. After I almost took my finger off my wife convinced me to call someone. I called Neumann Overhead Doors. Seth came out and explained everything to me and gave me my options. After calling a couple other places I found Seth came in at a lower cost and was much friendlier than the other companies. He came out was very quick and he cleaned everything up.. he is extremely professional and I couldn’t be happier. He even got my operator to be quieter than it was when I first bought it. Amazing company I can’t believe their prices and professionalism! I will be calling them in the future for any further garage door work and highly recommend them!
