These guys really took care of us in a timely, friendly manner, without all the up-selling that seems so common these days. Within just a few days they were able to replace our worn out old AC system with a new up to date one, and now we're back up to speed in a comfortable work area. They were on time, didn't grumble about anything, and completed the job efficiently and effectively. I'd highly recommend them and will certainly call them first from now on with all my AC needs.

Great company! I had an issue with my AC. I called Gilbert Air and they got me a quick appointment. The tech (Matt) came out and was very professional and quickly found the problem. He went out of his way and got the part I needed replaced the next morning and had my AC back up and running by 10am. Not bad for having just called the day before at lunchtime! I didn't have to pay any extra for the rush service and I'm very pleased with the service I got from everyone I dealt with. Great job Gilbert Air!!!

We are new to Gilbert Air, and had our first service this morning with your technician Steve. We learned more about our A/C unit and our electric bill than ever before. He was in uniform, arrived exactly on time, was very knowledgeable, and was very personable. A great representative of your company.
