Simply The Best Heating & Cooling

had one of the bigger companys come out, due to my vents blowing cold air out in december, they told me my compressor failed and i had to with a new unit. I called simply the best for a second Opinion , jesse got to my home with in a hour, and found one of the wires bunnt, he fixed it less than 10 mins and my bill was only 80 dollars, the other company told me I had to spend over 8000 dollars for a new unit, thank god, there are honest company still around. thank you simply the best., and i will tell everybody i know about your awsome company

Perfect experience. AC unit quit working and called their answering service at night and Steve called back in less than 3 min saying he could come in an hour to fix it since we had children including a 6 week old baby in the Arizona heat!! We had already arranged to stay at family's house so told him if he could come the next day and he offered to come by on his way into work at 7am to get it done and sure enough he was here and fixed the capacitor issue in less than 20 min and house is COLD again!! What a painless and customer friendly process with this company-they are my "go to" now! P.s. He even made it easy by talking to home warranty company to provide details of the job so that I could get reimbursed (so if you have a home warranty they don't accept payment from them directly but will help make sure you get paid back:) ). Clean, Trustworthy, Honest, quick, background checked, quality work, fair priced, and polite. I had one of my a/c units not functioning, I contacted simply the best at 9pm and had a tech "Steve" at my home in 30 mins. Steve diagnosed the problem and had me up and running quickly and at a fair price ($1000 less than other company quote). I will reccomend to anyone all day long.
