What a difference a professional company as Carity IAQ Solutions can make when testing for mold in your home. From the very beginning Adam at Carity IAQ Solutions took the time to explain in detail what my testing options where more than any other mold testing company. The pricing was affordable. I was amazed of the detailed color photos, moisture readings, lab report and analysis in their multiple page written report. Before I found Carity IAQ Solutions I did not think I could afford this type of testing nor did I think the other testing services took any real interest in my problem. Yes, I had black mold in my house and they found the black mold and documented it beyond any question. Most importantly, they always made themselves available to answer my questions about testing and remediation (even though their company does not do remediation work they have experience in the field of remediation). This company came to my rescue at a price I could afford and delivered a written report of the highest quality documenting the mold problem in my home.
