Reeves Residence - New Storage Shed | Jan 2013 | We designed, manufactured and installed a new 12x14 storage shed. This project consisted of 6" steel and 3/4" tongue and groove floor, 2x4 wood frame construction, exterior stucco with a foam eave detail applied that matches the existing house, a tile roof system, a canister style roll-up door, a 3068 prehung steel entry door and paint. The unique design and location of this shed made it appear to be a seamless addition to the house that is esthetically pleasing to the neighborhood as well as code compliant to the HOA. | $6k | Queen Creek, AZ
Caramanna Residence - New Storage Shed / Patio Remodel | Jan 2013 | On the first stage of this project we designed, manufactured and installed a new 12x16 storage shed. This shed included a 6" steel and 3/4" tongue and groove floor, 2x4 wood framed construction, stuccoed exterior, tile roof system, a canister style roll-up door and paint. On the second stage we remodeled and reroofed the existing 1200 sqft rear patio. This project consisted of color concrete installed to create an artistic design. The support columns were relocated and a new larger support beam was installed to create a full view of the back yard from the interior of the home. The existing framing was both repaired and added onto to strengthen and straighten the patio. Wood grain textured soffit board was installed throughout the entire patio ceiling. The existing roof and sheeting were demo'd and a new TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roof system was installed. A new fascia trim board was installed and new paint was applied. | $14k | Scottsdale, AZ
Hall Residence - Sound Studio | Jan 2012 | A design/build ground up new construction of a 836 sqft turn key sound studio shell. This project included concrete, wood framing, exterior stucco, polyurethane foam roof system, window, entry door, electrical underground, electrical panel/meter set, rough electrical and paint. | $16k | Phoenix, AZ
Gallagher Residence - Work Shop | Jan 2014 | This project was both unique in design as well as challenging to build. The owner wanted a work shop built on an existing concrete pad. The pad was odd shaped and the finished surface level was even with the grade. We ended up creating a (5) sided work shop that we built on a concrete/cmu stem that was anchored and epoxied to the existing slab. The work shop consisted of 2x4 wood frame construction with a preasure treated plate and a 12" eave overhang on (4) sides, LP Smartside panel siding and trim, trusses designed and manufactured by Ballard Truss, a 3-tab asphalt shingle roof system, a canister style roll-up garage door, (2) 2x3 windows and paint. | $6k | Apache Junction, AZ
Cummings Residence - (3) New Sheds | Jan 2012 | We designed, manufactured and installed (3) new storage sheds ( 2 at 12x16 and 1 at 10x10) for a farmer in Buckeye where we had previously built a chicken coop, a 40' dog kennel and a tack room. The three new sheds all consisted of a 6" steel frame and 3/4" tongue and groove floor, 2x4 wood frame construction, LP Smartside panel siding and trim, a 3-tab asphalt shingle roof system, a canister style roll-up garage door and paint. | $12k | Buckeye, AZ |
