1 review 1.0 star rating 11/8/2017 Buyer Beware, once quality flooring gets your money they don't care about you!! I built a new home and quality flooring did all of the flooring. I put congoleum in about 80% of the house. Desire told me that i had to use their (Congoleum's) grout on the floor and could not substitute others. the floor **looked** amazing. I was very pleased. but within a few months the grout which Desire promised me would not chip or separate like regular grout will started pulling away from the tiles. She came out and looked at it and told me if I altered my house temperature by 10 degrees it could cause this problem. Then she blamed it on the fact there was a crawl space under the house. It continued to get worse. The installer came out to re-grout the bad areas. While he was here I had just cleaned an area with a typical steam mop that is a normal household cleaning method for floors. I asked him if that was a problem. He left and called Desiree, who then called the flooring company. She then celebrated on the phone that I had voided the warranty and it is all my problem. I told Desire, you might have mentioned not to use a very common method of cleaning like a steam mop if it was a problem. She repeated you voided your warranty and the product the installer is using is $109.50. He can leave it and you can do it yourself or get someone to do it. The joy in her voice that it was all my problem was insulting and certainly not someone that gave a care about the customer. She said she called the company to confirm that the steam mop could not be used on the floor. In other words, she had no idea when she sold it to me, so she did not tell me not to steam mop it, and yet there was no apology no sympathy, just repeatedly telling me I voided my warranty. i asked her how to clean the floor then. She said spot clean it. We are talking about 1400 sq. ft. or so of the main rooms of the house. Then she said swiffer it or mop it. She never said to use Congoleum's cleaner which after our conversation I looked at their website and that is what they recommended. So back to she had no idea the proper or improper way to clean this floor, and did not tell me that common cleaning methods could void the warranty. The installer said he wanted nothing to do with fixing it since not warranty. I told him it would have been nice if someone had told me not to use a steam mop to begin with. He said "I am only the installer and I am sure they will next time". Well that does me a lot of good. Thanks for nothing quality flooring and you can bet the two people that recommended you to me will not recommend you to anyone again. Chris Bingham
