Awful customer service. Gave deposit with credit card and they kept my information. Said it would be 3 weeks to get to the.job. I called after 3 weeks I called after 4 weeks I called after 5 weeks I called after 6 weeks and they finally came to do the work. They never once contacted me to let me onus they would not be out. They finished on Friday afternoon, Sent me the final invoice Friday at 630 pm. Monday morning they charged my credit card for the balance WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Never give the your credit or debit card information. They will use it whenever they want.

Donnie Mitchel is a craftsman with the knowledge, skill, and ability to take care of any type of fence project. Being in the business myself for over 28 years I would not hesitate to use him if I have any Fence needs in the Gilmer area.
