We used John for painting and small projects last year - he was greatly! We offered him a larger redo - bathroom remodel - this year, he fought hard to get it...five days in, and he has shown up twice. He says he will come, and he doesn't call or come. I expected more from a serviceman, a marine, and a local. Beware or have no plans or timeline. I have a demo'D bathroom that is unusable and my contractor is awol with our money.
