Do not waste your money on these overpriced scam artists. I had a service contract with them for the summer of 2021. When they started up my system in the spring, there was a leak that they did not detect (even though this is something they said they check as part of startup) and I returned home from work to a soaked lawn that was flowing into the street. When I finally got them there to fix it, they told me that I needed a new valve assembly (which would require digging) since all 3 valves were not closing fully (a $700+ quote). Upon further investigation by another company, the only issue was a single dirty valve that needed cleaning ($75). I made AYS aware of this and all I got in return was silence. When trying to schedule a winterization for a month straight, I got no response until finally one person told me they "wouldn't be winterizing my system this fall." Don't waste your time with this company. There are plenty of better alternatives in the area.

After 15 years, this service dropped us because we live too far away. We were never told beforehand. Our phone calls went unanswered. We were never told of an alternative service. We were left hanging. Very unprofessional.
