Karmen's work is beautiful. She is unfortunately rather nasty in interactions.

Beware of Karmen's cleaning services!!. They are biggest crook i have ever dealt with. They are completely dishonest, fraud and unprofessional. Not only is their staff incompetent & rude but also their owner. She was one of the biggest liar. After our dissatisfaction of cleaning service (while person was cleaning our house) we called the owner to complain about how dissatisfied we were and she promised to take care by personally cleaning our house. We waited to hear back from her and when we started calling her, she would avoid our calls. once we called from different phone, She came on the phone but was very unprofessional. She hung up the phone while we were talking. I can go on but i am just trying to make you all aware that they are biggest cheat and please do not fall in trap. They will charge $60+ for 3 hours cleaning but they will move worst than snail speed so you can get at the most @ 30mins worth of service for $60 which was also significantly under performed. Good Luck (donot even deserve 1 star)!!

Very thorough!

Carmen does a excellent job on my house. She does things above and beyond what is expected like washing throw rugs, cleaning knick knacks inside and out, etc. She loves her job and it really show in her work. I highly recommend her. I have had many cleaning people over the past 35 years and by far she is the best!!!
