The WORST Company that I have EVER dealt with! Beware when Warren Tech schedule's ANY REPAIR Through this so-called Service!!! My GE Range has NOT worked correctly since a Fire was started inside the back lower panel of my Range in 2017! My husband and I kept smelling wires burning but could not find it. My GE Range started acting up, we called Badcock who we purchased it from. They sent a GE Tech out and found that the lower back of my Range had a contained fire INSIDE the back panel of my range. He replaced the electric cord as a Temporary fix and said that the Range should be replaced asap. Due to wiring that could have been also involved. I had to write a 10 page incident report and took pictures to Badcock in Barnesville Ga. They were going to replace my Range. The delivery guys were fired and then before my range could be replaced the manager Kimberly of the store at the time, QUIT! My oven has never cooked right. I contacted Badcock as the 2 front eyes were sticking on high boil and my oven took 11 hrs to cook a 8 pound turkey breast. I was advised to call Warren Tech. They made a appt for JDS to come to my house the next day between 8am and 12pm. I never got a confirmation call from JDS so I called 5hem. They said that they would not come out till all parts were ordered! I asked how they even knew WHAT is wrong with it!? With nobody even coming out to diagnose it! They said that they were just going buy what I told them. I have been without a Range since November 2020! It's now JANUARY 2021! Every week I called and got told that they were ordering more parts and would be out the following week on Wednesday! Never showed then told same thing!! I contacted Badcock they said if they will deem it, they will gladly replace it. No JDS REFUSED! I contacted GE and they are extremely upset! Due to this is not acceptable and advised me to get all the paperwork from Badcock and they will see about a Swap. However due to so many Manager turn overs the paperwork and picture's can not be found, of course!!!! GE advised me to contact a Lawyer and go as high up as possible against WARREN TECH, JDS AND BADCOCK! Then at the last minute after I contacted each Company and told them what GE said, a young boy showed up from JDS!!!! VERY RUDE, WOULD NOT LISTEN, WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS WE HAVE! He would NOT remove the bottom panel in the back and even see what we were telling him about the FIRE! He only replaced the switches for the front 2 eyes witch were stuck on high boil and had already started a grease fire using those eyes and burnt up my 75.00 rachel ray Hard Anodized Frying PAN! He did not remove the bottom drawer and was slinging my oven back and fourth using the oven door only to pull on to pull the range half way out. He broke a piece off my oven handle and now damaged my range door along with our new rug in our kitchen and broke the 2 left legs off the Range! I called about my oven to start with and that was the last thing he looked at. And without checking all the wiring and WHERE it caught fire. He just said, he had to order a switch for the oven and slammed my stove back in place with it way uneven due to no feet on left side. Told my husband and I NOT TO USE IT AS IT IS A FIRE HAZZARD AND SAFETY HAZZARD!!!!!!!! HE LEFT IT PLUGGED UP AND BREAKER ON! NOW U CAN HEAR IT POPPING AND CLICKING EVERY FEW MINS!!! WE ARE SCARED TO DEATH IT IS GOING TO CATCH FIRE AND STILL SMELLING WIRES/PLASTIC SMELL IN OUR HOUSE! HE DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT WHEN R WHAT HE IS DOING NEXT! I ASKED IF HE WAS GOING TO DEEM IT AND HE SAID THAT WAS UP TO HIS OFFICE AND WARREN TECH! I HAVE NEVER SEEN come in to Fix something and just sling and slam it around like he did. Very unprofessional and did not care what he tore up in our home!!! He should be FIRED! I CALLED WARREN TECH TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED AND WHAT ALL HE DID AND DIDN'T DO! WARREN TECH COULD CARE LESS. I SPOKE TO A SO-CALLED MANAGER WHO WOULD DO NOTHING!!!! I CALLED BADCOCK AND THEY WRRE CALLING THE WARRENTY COMPANY AND SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BACK! I WILL BE CONTACTING GE TODAY AND BADCOCK IF NOBODY WILL DO SOMETHING I WILL CONTACT MY LAWYER! AS I HAVE BEEN ADVISED 3 TIMES THIS IS A FIRE HAZZARD AND SAFETY HAZZARD,!!!!! IF YOU VALUE UR HOME AND YOUR LIFE, NEVER USE JDS APPLIANCE REPAIR!!!!

A maintenance call was placed for my dishwasher which is under warranty through my customer care service, who contacted JD Appliances. The tech arrived at my home and stated that if it was an electrical problem, he was going to charge me $85 which is not covered under warranty. I asked him how he would know if he did not look at the dishwasher which is located under my cabinets. He proceeded to look under my sink and saw that it plugged up. He then took the bottom of the dishwasher and said it looked like the electric plug had come loose from the washer and demanded that I give him $85 on the spot for showing up and $150 to plug the unit back in. I explained to him that I would call my builder's customer service, as everything in my home was under warranty. While on the phone with my customer care service he started yelling that I stole $85 from him and that he was going to call the police. He became so irate while I was trying to explain the situation over the phone that I had to tell him to get out of my home. He then proceeded to yell and curse saying he was going to call the police. While on the phone with customer care and trying to get him out the door he lunged at me in a threatening manner. While still on the phone with customer care who heard everything, I called the police to file a complaint. The conduct of this tech was horrendous. If these are the type of techs working for this company, it is my suggestion that o one use them for any type of service. If I could give this company a -0 that would be too high of a rating.

Had the owner come out and look at our leaky fridge yesterday. He turned off the freezer and never told my wife to turn it back on, so $100 food was ruined by the next day. Called him and he said there's nothing he can do about it and if we decided to pursue the problem with Whirlpool he would send us a bill for $150 because trash fell into the drain and it would be considered abuse of the appliance. I said don't threaten me and he said I'm not threatening you why don't you meet me somewhere? Are you serious? This guy is the freaking owner of this company. Do not use these people. I contacted Whirlpool and told them to do the same
