I'll repost at some point what Barry wrote so perhaps then he can refresh his memory on his insulting words and "tastelessness" he refers to - this guy really tries to flip everything on the customer and is not accountable for what he says

Exposed on what Barry? You have photographic evidence of what needs to be done and you even saw those things on your walk around. Exposed? No Barry not at all but you go ahead and believe that - such a ridiculous statement. You have all your money from me - even with very poor customer treatment so you should be happy.

Well just as I predicted in my previous post - I received a text from Barry after I informed him of cancelling the appointment Here is his text: " Never tried to scare you, your actions show you to be scary. And I predicted in my answers to your untrue reviews that you would cancel for fear of being uncovered - seems you have proved me right - have a nice day and stop annoying me , maybe your boss should know what you are doing on company time" - WHAT A JOKE! this guy does not get it at all, he keeps denying (or maybe he really can't see) the photos I sent him - why does he keep stating my claims are false? Barry does not seem to understand that a company should not insult, demean or mock customers but that's Westlake Services "Customer Service" for you. By the way Barry I have no fear of being "uncovered" - I called you out on work that needed to be completed and you reacted defensively, stated someone would be out - never happened, and you did your walk around my property and stated you saw minor things that the work would be done, BUT you ignored three days of appointment offerings (week of August 4th just to refresh your memory since you seem to forget all your actions) and then turn things around by saying I refused to make an appointment. I refused to speak to someone who insults and demeans me. That's a pretty normal human reaction Barry. So reviewers take note.
