Vivid Lawn

I have been with this lawn care service for at least 2 and more likely 3 years. I serious don't know what I am paying for. They didn't treat my lawn for the first time until the beginning of May and all of my neighbors who had different lawn treatment companies were treated in March, the lawn signs where out. When I broached this with Vivid Lawn the woman I talked to gave me a BS story of well their chemicals are different and they are treating to soon, that was after another person from their company promised to treat by end of March and explained they had to get it down early for it to work. Then I was promised three different times that I was going to be treated the next week and I would be listed as a priority treatment, all three fell through. The gods honest truth is that I just cut my lawn today 09/16/18 and my lawn looks worse than when I first cut it at the beginning of this season. I called Vivid Lawn and told them that there was a certain broad leaf low growing weed that was beginning to grow in my lawn at the end of July/beginning of August, the person on the phone promised me they would send someone out right away to retreat the lawn and spot treat for this weed. It has now taking over half of my front lawn and is choking out my grass. Large sections of my backyard have simply been ignored by this company because there is literally no grass growing and I am cutting nothing but weeds. This company doesn't do what they are suppose to do, when they do perform anything they are always late, their customer service is horrible and their product is ineffective. The only thing they seem concerned about is selling, selling, selling - go with someone else or you will be sorry. I would have giving them zero stars but that wasn't an option.

This company does a great job utilizing safe organic treatments, providing highly professional service through courteous and highly responsive lawn care specialists. Work is accomplished at a competitive and reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Vivid Lawn is a great local company that we have been very satisfied with for two years now. We chose to use their organic program to have a safer lawn for our grandchildren and two dogs. They offer a very competitive rate and even a discount for pre-paying. Recommended them to our neighbors who have signed up for this upcoming season.

I've used their program for 5 years. Grass had trouble growing in my backyard due to shade and moss but now it looks perfect. The best thing about this company is always having a live person when you call in. I love supporting a local business like vivid lawn.
