If I could give zero stars I would. I just spent $132 for a technician ,Jiovani-I don't know if I spelled it correctly, he just put J.T. on the invoice (which did not have any company name, logo, or phone number on it) to fiddle with a 20-year-old garage door opener only to completely break it, and then tell me I needed to spend an additional $375 for a new garage door opener, and now the current one doesn't work at all! I would have appreciated an estimate up front and a new garage door opener!!!!!! He told me I would have to make another appointment for him to come back next week because he didn't have the parts. Where did he think he was coming this morning? I already knew it was old and would have gladly replaced it, minus the $132 to fiddle with the old one. The point was we needed our garage door opener to WORK!!!!
