Interior painting: caulked cracks and holes in walls, baseboards, door jambs, and applicable areas. Masked and dropped off applicable areas. Painted all baseboards in the specified areas (white semi-gloss), painted walls in desired color (satin gloss), unmasked, touched-up, and cleaned up. Exterior painting: pull gravel away from all applicable areas, pressure washed, repaired stucco on all applicable areas, scraped loose paint where needed, elastometric patched cracks in stucco and damaged wood, and caulked necessary cracks in all woodwork. Masked windows, ground, lights, and applicable areas. Dropped cloth foliage, applied desired color to body and back wall, applied accent color to fascia and applicable wood, unmasked, touched-up, replaced gravel, and cleaned up.

Repaired cracks in drywall, primed repairs and all walls with faux finish, applied acrylic flat in desired color throughout entire interior (excluding garage), back roll walls, touched up, unmasked, applied sanding sealer to doors and 1000 sq ft tounge and groove wood for ceiling, urethane all wood (2 coats, sand between each coat), and cleaned up.

Applied desired color to body of house, eaves on rear side of house, backyard fence, and beam above main entry. Masked eaves on front of house, pop-outs around windows, and on top of walls. Applied first desired accent color, brushed accent color, on fascia around entire house, masked off applicable areas to paint 2nd accent color (grey in backyard), and applied 2nd accent color. Scraped loose paint and painted Biltmore sprite. Scraped loose paint, lightly sanded, and painted wrought iron fencing (oil base paint). Masked, primed, and painted galvanized wall lights. Replaced gravel, unmasked, and cleaned up.

Masked accent features (upper pop-out, eyes, and awnings), applied accent color, brushed fascia, cleaned and painted wrought iron gate (oil-base semi-gloss), unmasked, touched-up, replaced gravel, and cleaned up.
