Heritage Shutters

From their web site I requested an in home estimate. The salesman, Dale, arrived within the time window given. Upon arrival I requested that Dale wear a COVID mask. He said he was "invicinable" and would not wear a mask. I offered to give him a mask but again he refused to wear one. He picked up his samples and left. His final words were "and stupid just keeps on coming". I called Heritage to submit my amazement at what had just happened. Surprise, surprise the person who answered the phone was the wife of the owner. The owner was Dale, the uneducated salesperson who had just been at my front door. If you use Heritage be forwarded. They believe that you are stupid!

Family owned business that doesn't know how to treat customers. CEO is rude and basically called me a liar. His team left a huge mess on my floors after initial install, with their dirty work boots coming in and out of the house. Then the shutters were not made as ordered. Follow up appointment the tech comes unprepared and rescheduled for the following week. He leaves dirty footprints all over too. Then he returns outside of scheduled window saying he went to Home Depot and is now ready with no regard to the customers time. They said they're doing everything to make it right but you mention compensation for the stress, inconvenience, wasted time and clean up and they never respond.
