I consider myself to be a “Move-In” Specialist. What ever it takes to make a house feel like home, I can probably do it. I have over $10,000 in tools so that is half of the solution in itself. My strongest skill set is working with wood. So if you can imagine it I can build it. Patient when it comes to painting indoors and careful with tiny details. I am good at assembling furniture even if the instructions skip steps. I am good at creating drawing plans & elevations, 3-d isometric drawings by hand. I am not an electrician, but can replace fixtures as long as they only have 2 wires. I am not a plumber, but can do some basics maintenance.
