Custom Butcher Block Style Counter Top Build/Replacement

Jul 2018

The client had counter tops to the left and right of the stove in the kitchen that the vinyl top had started to peel off. It was requested that i replace the vinyl, however after some thought i decided to talk with the home owner about me building a butcher block counter top and it was agreed on considering the fair price. It turned out great and the home owner was more then pleased with the end results!

Carpet removal and installation.

Jul 2018

Removal and installation of carpet tile in a basement. Materials that were used were your pretty standard, carpet, carpet glue, deodorizer, floor leveler, and kickplates. One major problem I ran into is my carpet replacement delivery had gotten delayed until the evening before the house was to be photographed to be put up for sale. As per a solution there was only the one and that was to pick the carpet tiles as soon as I could that evening, which was around 3:30 p.m., and stay until it was done, which was around 10:30a.m. the next morning. I accomplished it before the photographer was due to show up and the home owner was more then pleased with the outcome.

Bi-Fold Closet Door Repair

Jul 2018

There was 3 bi-fold closet doors that needed to be adjusted and repaired in preparation for the home they were in to be sold. Two of the three doors, located in the kitchen, had to be completely re-adjusted with all new hardware and track systems due to the installation of a new kitchen floor. The third door in the basement had cracked were the bottom side pivot sits, so i performed minor repairs with some finishing nails and tite-bond carpenters glue. After all repairs were said and done doors worked flawlessly for a very cost effective project.
