I would NOT recommend this company at ALL. My wife and I met with Marc, the owner, who appeared to be professional, honest and committed. We hired him to build a retaining wall and patio, install an irrigation system throughout our entire yard and do significant relooming and overseeding throughout the yard. His crew: 1) Crushed in our septic tank 2) Severed our electric line to our driveway lamp posts 3) Did a half hearted job relooming the agreed upon areas 4) Never replaced irrigation outlets that did not function properly. 5) Never returned to winterize the irrigation system(which was included in the price. I paid Marc in full as he promised to resolve the questions/problems incurred. Once he was paid I could NEVER reach him via phone, text or email. I must have left 25 messages with not a SInGLE return call. I had to hire other contractors to complete the rewiring(cost me $500), replace septic tank(which his insurance paid part), never repaired irrigation, was supposed to return to flush and winterize the irrigation system. In summary, do NOT hire this company...he is dishonest, liar, pulls the disappearing act once there is an issue. If you have hired him to complete work, do NOT pay him until you are satisfied, He will pull the disappearing act on you too....unfortunately, I read many POOR reviews after he disappeared on me.... There are many honest and professional landscapers available...Do NOT hire Rock Solid

Hired him to grind stumps and do a rough grade of the back yard once the stumps were gone. After the rough grade it was apparent that not all stumps were ground down far enough (prior to the work, he said he would go 6"-8" below grade). I have emailed and called to try and get the job finished or have him refund me enough money to rent a stump grinder to do it myself. I have received no reply.

Wish I could give negative stars for this so called company. Damaged commercial and personal property with no regards to anybody. This dude doesn't care about you. He lies to get what he wants. He lies to insurance investigators while knowing full blown what happened. Awful business sense. Highly recommend another company. Perhaps people who have no clue what they are doing. You'll have better results than this company.

Had this company build a retainer wall for me two years ago. Last year he built a similar wall for my neighbor. I actually got him the job because my neighbor liked my wall. While they were building my neighbors I mentioned to them that my wall was sinking and tilting. They said they would take a look at it , so I figured they would fix the problem when they finished my neighbors wall. They didn't. After a week or so I called Mark and he said he would fit me in at the end of the season. Not. Now he keeps making excuses and won't even get back to me. Stay away from this guy, I guess once he gets your money, that's it. I'm very disappointed.
