Affinity Pools

Wow! I regret one thing, and that is not calling Michael from Affinity Pools earlier. Our pool has not been clean for over two months. We have called the all the big companies to come and help and they always gave us dates 1-3 months out. We did have Leslie’s come out due to a part being under warranty. The issue was never fully resolved and after having multiple technicians from them come with no help we decided to look elsewhere. We read reviews on Affinity and contacted them. Michael contacted us right away and made his way out to come get a big picture of what was going on. He was out TWO DAYS later. He came on time, he was extremely knowledgeable, he explained everything he was doing, he was professional, he actually looked at every issue in depth, he listened to us, he went the extra mile. He originally quoted us for $$$ but when he got into the root of the issue he was honest and was able to save us money in the long run. I can’t say how pleased we are to finally have someone who truly cares about their customers. Thank you Michael and Affinity team! We HIGHLY recommend!!

OMG, we would leave 0 stars if we were able to. OMG!! Watch out, BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS CO. Affinity Pools, Michael Maloney, which is the owner and is very arrogant, cusses you out with using the F word. He is far from honest, and he knows very well of it too. He gives you one price verbally then sends an invoice with another price on it that is much higher. He then scopes out your house with looking over the fence. He scams you, he steals your pool equipment from you too with NOT even giving you one day to pay it; with jumping over the fence after being told, THAT HE BETTER NOT TRESPASS OR HE WILL BE ARRESTED! He has a lawyer so he has been through this many times I am thinking. He is very well hated and most of all pool cleaning companies in AZ have heard bad stuff on him. He works out of his home. He does NOT check ALL testing on your chemicals on your pool only Chlorine. Does NOT check filter and cartridges either. He is out to scam you and rip you off! He is very harassing too. He was asking very personal things to my family. Police Report was made on him with Buckeye, AZ Police Dept. Call them for verification of it.
