Hired Van Sant Construction to fix some structural/foundation issues & to convert part of Garage into a office. Would Hire him again? NOO. Before signing the contract he acted like he knows what needs to be done, that no one knows better than him, but we practically had to tell him what to do to fix the issue with foundation & the attention to detail was clearly lacking in all the work he did. We have to hire other contractor to fix the issues. His excuse was always, "that's the best I can do" & kept ranting how his truck only gives 6 mpg as one of the reasons for jacking up the prices.

VanSant Construction recently completed exterior painting on our Victorian Home, they did an amazing job and we are very satisfied with the results. We have received continuous compliments on how great the house looks. The construction crew and staff displayed high levels of professionalism, experience, dedication and commitment to quality and details. Brett's personal involvement and attention to details allowed us the opportunity to continue our ongoing projects and work schedules with the knowledge that any unforeseen or unusual projects, construction issues will be handled properly, expeditiously, and fairly.
