Do NOT ever use these people, absolute waste of time and money! Brandon is a crook and doesn't know what he's doing! We had (HAVE!) a blockage in our main line which is causing SEWAGE to back up in our basement for a MONTH now, still not fixed! We went through our home warranty, they contracted this guy to come out and fix it. That was filed 12/14/18, Brandon came out on 12/19/18, ran his undersized drain cleaner through the opening in our basement. 15 minutes later he says "it's clear" and says how he is going to "put in for a camera scope" to get approved then leaves. Well I go and run water from the kitchen sink and it IMMEDIATELY STARTS FLOODING AGAIN! I contacted HWA about the claim, the escalated it and this guy gets back on 12/26/18. Still has the same undersized drain cleaner that is NOT rated for MAIN LINES. He finds a cleanout that he missed before, like really dude? It doesn't matter which one you go through when it's blocked outside! 10-15 minutes later we hear "Guys, you need to come down here". He sounded worried so I thought he hurt himself... We go down, instead he tells us he almost got his drain cleaner stuck in the pipe and shows us a small clump of tree roots as if it's some rare unheard of thing. The floor drain did go down though. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE! Instead of finishing his job, and properly cleaning out the pipe (not that he could with his undersized auger anyways). He talks again about how he needs to do a camera scope, then has the audacity to say "well since I'm out here for the same reason, I'm not going to charge you again". LOL ******er you were never supposed to charge us again because we already paid for the claim through the warranty, the HWA pays for the rest so long as it's a covered item, which it is! Not even a day later IT STARTS FLOODING AGAIN! Because he didn't do his job to completion! It's now JANUARY 8TH, 2019! I just called our HWA for the 5th time, to find out that THIS ASSHOLE submitted his diagnosis YESTERDAY 01/07/2019 saying that it was cleared WITH NO MENTION OF THE CAMERA SCOPE!!! Now answer me this too, how the **** you going to use a camera and see a problem WHEN YOU KNOW THERE'S ROOTS IN THE LINE!?
