MDM Lawn Care Services LLC

I have read some of the other reviews but I guess their attitude is different if you are not a customer! I do not know their quality of work, but I can tell you their attitude sucks when you notify the company that one of their employees is driving crazy! I was behind one of their trucks on HWY 4 at 5:10pm yesterday and yes we were both doing 70 mph. But pvc pipe started falling off his trailer as he sped up and left me behind. I caught up to him and was flashing my lights trying to inform him of what was happening. I matched his speed at 80 mph.But he didn't pull over until he got to inside their parking lot at the gate to punch in code. I told him that pvc pipe was flying out of trailer while he was driving 80 mph and then this conversation took place. Employee-"Did it hit you?" Me-"No" Employee"But it didn't hit you." Me-"No I swerved to miss it" Employee- "But it didn't hit you". No, "I'm sorry, or my bad". I could tell he that didn't care how his driving could injure others by his care free and broken english attitude. I went inside and found out this morning that I talked to the bookkeeper. Only thing she would say is,"I wouldn't know who it is". Okay, but you could get out of your chair and go look in the back parking lot to see for yourself who just drove back there with a description of the truck, trailer, driver, and whoever else was inside the truck. But, still no apology for their employee. I called the company this morning and the woman that answered phone was no better than anyone else. She said that the owner had the message but was busy right now. I tried to tell her what happened since I had to time to calm down some. But she made an excuse for the bookkeeper with an attitude like I am annoying her. All she would say after the excuses was that it is in the note from last night. STILL NO APOLOGY ABOUT THE PREVIOUS EVENING! I sure do hope that this employee's driving doesn't cause a death or lawsuit. Even if it did, I bet their attitude probably would be, "Yeah, so it happened"
