Precision Remodeling

This gui ask money in front, atleast half before start working and ask cash if you can pay. This way he can hide his income. He fixed my Fence but he did not fix it the way it was told and work is very poor, slow, not cleaning after work, etc. After 6 month of putting new fence, my fence starts pulled out from post. I called him and he gave me run-round..... He never shows up to fix the fence and never calls back if he is not coming. You will waste your time waiting. This happened several weeks. Then he gave me excuse that his truck broke down. Later he start ignoring my call and told me that he is not coming to fix it and told me not call this 254-979-8025 number. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM TO DO ANY WORK. HE I CRUK AND HE FINISHES HIS JOB WHEN YOU ARE NOT THERE AND LEAVES AND NEVER RESPONDS BACK. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT GET FULL FROM THIS COMPANY.......Gui..Chris Koosh and his GF Tammy.

thief, scam. this Chris man is the worst person I have ever met

I moved to Granbury for a fresh start after my divorce.  My son and I picked out home for us.  This home could use a few upgrades but it was ours.  Things that made a house a home, lamps my dad gave me from his time in the Philippians, a lamp my brother made me out of a fire nozzle representing my time as a fire fighter, my son’s beloved batman memorabilia.  Everything had its place.   My kitchen and bath needed upgrades. I found a remodeler.  I felt confident in his work as he stated was insured and bonded. (see picture on his fb).   He finished the job Dec 18th, that day and Dec 19th the breakers kept popping.  He came back to fix them, even retiled part of the back splash.  Dec 20th I cut him his final check.  Dec 22nd I went to the store to return following a fire truck into my neighborhood.  As it got closer I realized they were responding to my house.  MY HOUSE! MY WORLD WAS ON FIRE!  It has now been determined it was caused by the an outlet behind the now twice retiled backsplash.  My world has been rolled away in ashes in so far 2, 30 yard roll offs with more to come.   Hinsight is 2020, I share this as a word of caution not to bad mouth. Always always always ask to see the insurance.  Ask to see proof. This contractor did not pull permits.  He has been cited for is lack of due diligence.  It is now in the Laws hands.  I just dont want anyone to experience what I have.
