Do not use these crooks. They will take your money and not call your back or complete services requested. I am contacting the bbb

you disassembled your washer and then tried to get your home warranty to repair it. That isn't what we do. The warranty turned it down due to it being apart when we arrived. Im sorry you don't agree.
