Great Lakes Painting scheduled a project for a Monday for me. On Sunday night they called to reschedule for Tuesday. The project was supposed to be done during the day while I was at work. On Tuesday at noon I called to see how it was going. They said they hadn't started yet and asked me what color I had chosen because they couldn't remember. When I got home at 4 the walls were painted but they forgot the ceilings, even though I had already paid them to do the ceilings too. The top of my baseboards were painted over in one of the rooms. I did get a refund for the ceilings not being done, but that meant I had to hire somebody else to do them. If I could give negative stars I would. I only picked one star because I could not post this otherwise.

Great Lakes Painting was great to work with! They provided excellent service and also did in a timely manner! My husband and I were very happy with the work they did and look forward to working with them in the near future!
