I'm a first time home buyer and new to the home inspection process. Ed and Matt were very helpful, explained everything they were doing, took the time to explain things a homeowner would like to know, i.e., the lifetime of a water heater and what I can expect in a few years (since the water heater is pretty old). Showed me some things I didn't see when I was looking around. Overall, I would hire them again if needed. The website says the report will be submitted within a day/two and I had it within a matter of hours. I can't thank them or appreciate the time they took in doing the inspection. I'm a very satisfied customer!
