Pioneer Heating and Cooling

I was riding to the pharmacy in Lansing on an e-scooter when a commercial HVAC van with Pioneer's logo came up behind me honking—I just ignored it at first but the driver of the van and passenger both yelled and honked more at me when they went by, so naturally I yelled some back at them, and this disgusting little fool actually followed me, pulled over and proceeded to get out and yell at me about traffic laws he's never understood as if he's the world's foremost expert on the topic. Well guess what, there is no posted or implied minimum speed on a surface street—plus I was riding the correct way, in full reflective gear, right where I was supposed to. But here's another arrogant fool who never did his research but still thinks he knows it all, just like most of the other road idiots around. It's great that this place employs ignorant and outrageously impudent morons like this guy. (He had long light brown hair and a small goatee)
