Ok--so I thought I would give Tom Herrera a chance to redeem himself from my initial review, with the probability of deleting it he were to make me a satisfied customer, by fulfilling his contractual obligation of providing bi-annual maintenance service on the HVAC unit I purchased and had installed by his company October, 2020. The heating unit is currently blowing cold air in freezing temps in North Texas. He said "no." Enough said. The blatant lack of consideration and professionalism needs to be heeded by anyone looking to hire this "elite" company for any and all HVAC services. You do get what you pay for. Pay a little extra and hire a truly professional organization with 100% excellent reviews, not this joke of a company.

I have reported Tomas Herrera and his company to the Federal Trade Commission. He breeched the contractual obligations under the contract and refuses to get the HVAC unit running correctly. Since installation in October 2020, there have been 5 previous service calls to have it fixed and every time the proper work isn't done. Very low quality all around. With HVAC providers being a dime a dozen around here, STAY AWAY from this company. You WILL get ripped-off like I was.
