Bigelow Appliance Service

Came out as the authorized repair service for Maytag for warranty work. Showed up on time for that appointment. The technician said they needed to order a part and they would return to repair it when the part came in. That was about 6 months ago. Leaving a review finally because I just remembered the name of the company now that I am going to have to use them again after contacting Maytag for the same warranty repair that still hasn't been fixed. I would not recommend this company at all and I am upset that I do not have any other choice from Maytag.
