We purchased a new dishwasher, and paid for delivery and installation, The delivery people refused to install the dishwasher due to the water line being copper. We contacted Stephen, and he came over within a couple days. Things went great, until we unboxed the new dishwasher and it was dented. I contacted the place where we bought the dishwasher, and they started the process to get us a replacement. While we were waiting for the new dishwasher to arrive, Stephen offered to install a new garbage disposal. As we talked about a few things we wanted to have done, we added in changing out 2 of our ceiling fans. He and a member of his team came over the next day and took care of installing 2 ceiling fans, and the new garbage disposal. Everything was fine, until the next day. One of the ceiling fans has one of the pull cords that doesn't work. It is stuck on highest speed. I texted him about it, and he said he would check it, but has not contact me to set up a time. He will not reply to any of my texts or the phone call from my husband. So, long story short, he did great work until he got money from me. Now he is ignoring me. I would like to hire him to do more work, but this is bad business practice. Maybe he is on vacation, or got sick and is in the hospital??? That would maybe be one reason I might forgive this behavior. Until I know any different, I am disappointed in this "ghosting" experience. 4 stars for the work that he did. Would give 1 star for the poor communication after multiple attempts on my end.
