Simply Pest Control

We had an infestation of wasps behind our vinyl siding and into the space between our studs, adjacent to a bay window on the main floor, above our walkout basement. It was very large, with audible buzzing and wasps getting into the living room...so much, that the afternoon I called Simple Pest Control, I had swatted 17 wasps! Well, they were able to come the next day, even calling to see if they could come early, and I happily agreed. The comment of the man who came was, "we want to help you." That was music to my ears, because we had called another well-known company, and when they came and saw the situation they said, "I'm walking away from this one," and literally did just that! They did recommend Simply Pest Control for which I am grateful. The result of the treatment was that we no longer have buzzing, or wasps in the living room, or even visible outside. The service man was at our home about an hour and a half, and was very thorough, working first inside, then outside, then back inside. He explained what he was doing and was friendly, even while being busy addressing our problem.
