Richard Ritter and his team are amazing. They cut down and cleaned a pine tree that could've been dangerous with type of storms we get in Crossville. He is very reliable and follows thru till the job is 100% finished. I did'nt have to wonder if he would show up because he came out with an overcast sky and abig chance we would rain. He IS the go to guy for tree service. He and his team are very polite with the good old fashioned service. Good ethics in a job well done is hard to find these days, but they have got it! Thank you, Guys!!!

We had a large tree fall after a storm. I was an acquaintance of Craig's wife. I thought it would be a good idea to give business to someone I at least knew somewhat. We decided to have a few other trees cut down also to let more light in the backyard. Everyone worked fast and had most of the work finished so we went ahead and paid. (Which by the way it was a big deal to pay with a credit card and we didn't have the cash at the time). Our neighbor needed work done too so they left and seriously didn't finish the job. They left all the chopped up wood, trash everywhere, and a trailer with a flat tire. After multiple calls to pick up the trailer no one ever did. Craig stated he would have the person that owns the trailer pick it up- never happened. They never came back to finish cutting down a tree or grinding the stumps and all the wood is still in my yard. It has been a few years and I meant to leave a review and file a complaint but just didn't want to deal with any of it anymore. Learned a life lesson- NEVER pay until the job is COMPLETELY finished. Craig seemed knowledgeable and believable but he is a sweet talker. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to throw your money away.

Ripoff artist - a complete scammer that sent me an invoice for $1500 and never showed up to do the work. I was out of state and Craig and Adon told me the work had been completed on a rental home I own in Florida. They were there to ripoff homeowners impacted by Irma. I called, emailed and sent texts trying to get my money back. Finally, I contacted Wells Fargo and they credited my money back to my account. STAY AWAY - tell your friends to stay away. This is a scam. I have not been paid by anyone for this review and this is a true and complete review. I have texts and emails of everything.

We have used Monkey Business extensively over two years. We started with tree removal and trimming, and subsequently continued into shrub care, gardening, spraying and yard maintenance, Craig is helpful, friendly and expertly skilled and his crew are very pleasant to work with. The work is extremely well done, and pricing is fair. we thoroughly recommend his services without reservation. Alex and Andrea Solomon

This tree has very large secondary leads that are broke and hanging on to other leads thru out the canopy of the tree. The damage came from a recent wind storm. The base of the primary lead ( base of tree ) is 4 and a half foot thru. Tree is 80 ft tall to the top of canopy. The tree is 15 foot from the neighbors house and 20 foot from Mrs popes home.
