Would give 0 stars if I could, Stay away from this guy. I contacted this guy to restore some areas of my car interior, he replied saying he can definitely help and repair/restore my interior, he just needed some pictures. So first off, I sent pictures to him within 5 minutes like he asked, a few days went by with no response. At this point, I reached out to him, making sure he got the pictures and he said he did will get back to me shortly. Fast forward 4 days and no response again. I then emailed this guy for a 4th time and no response again. So turns out, this guy is obviously not in the market for any business and he just decides to ghost his potential customers. being a multiple business owner myself (nationwide) I find this completely unprofessional and terrible business etiquette. All this guy had to do was say he was not interested or simply is not talented enough to work with high end cars. I am up against a timeline and this guy has wasted a lot of my time, I could have gone elsewhere to somebody who wants to have a successful company, not this clown. STAY AWAY, he is not trustworthy and a coward and obviously either not good enough to take on higher end cars or just flat out doesnt care about his reputation. DO NOT EVER tell a customer you can help and request photos, just to ignore and Ghost them. This clown is absolutely worthless when it comes to operating his business in a normal fashion. Very happy with the results of our motorhome captain chairs. Barry was very up front on what he could do. Came to the house and picked them up one Monday and delivered them one week later as promised. Results met all our expectations.
