Cisneros Heating and Chimney

Came out, very eager to help. " Cleaned" the gas fireplace and told us to run for a few hours at a time, which we did. Still did not function correctly. Also has an overwhelming gas smell that didn't dissipate with opening doors and windows. Had to shut the gas off. Tried to reach him to come back out and see if there may be a new leak. He wont even respond. Unreliable, scary. Dont call this guy. Have to have someone else come out and fix the problem . Gas company says leave it shut off, there is definitely a loose connection beyond the line valve. So, thanks for nothing.
